Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Nekonote (the "App") and its site (https://nekonote.libetech.info) send, why, and where. This English version is a translation; if it differs from the Japanese version, the Japanese version prevails.
1. Our approach
- The App runs on your Mac. The App itself does not send your code, terminal output, tasks or settings anywhere
- What the AI agents you run in the App (such as Claude Code and Codex) send is governed by each provider's policy
- The App does not collect usage data (what you click or which features you use)
- The site does not use cookies
2. What is sent and why

- Feedback is sent only when you write it in the form and press Send. The form shows everything it will send before you send it
- An update check is the App reading the site's update information. Like any web request, it lets the site's host (Cloudflare) see the version and your IP address
3. Payment information
Payments for Pro are received by the seller, Polar Software, Inc. Polar holds your payment details (card, name, email, address and so on); the Operator does not. See Polar's privacy policy (https://polar.sh/legal/privacy).
4. Service providers

These providers are outside Japan (in the USA). We do not share your information with other third parties except where the law requires it.
5. How long we keep it
- Feedback emails stay in the Operator's mailbox. Contact us if you want yours deleted
- The site's endpoints store neither the feedback nor license keys
6. Your rights
You can ask us to disclose, correct, delete or stop using your information. Contact us. For payment details, contact Polar.
7. Changes
We may change this policy. We announce important changes on the site or in the release notes.
